Intercoastal provided coastal engineering support and program design for the CARE4N project in Nauru, supported by GEF under the regional Resilience Enhancement through Adaptation in the Pacific (REAP) Program.

The engagement involved a rapid-deployment site visit, coastal asset inspection, stakeholder meetings and data assimilation — shaping locally delivered pilot coastal protection projects tailored to Nauru's unique raised-atoll coastline.
