James Lewis
Director | Coastal Engineer
James Lewis is a coastal engineer with more than 15 years of experience delivering coastal engineering, climate adaptation and maritime infrastructure projects throughout Australia and the Pacific. He has led major coastal resilience and infrastructure projects for governments, international development organisations and local authorities, with expertise spanning project planning, design, procurement, construction supervision and project delivery.

Cooper Crellin
Junior Engineer
Cooper Crellin supports the delivery of coastal engineering, climate adaptation and maritime infrastructure projects across Australia and the Pacific. His experience includes coastal investigations, field data collection, drone surveys, GIS analysis, construction monitoring, quality assurance and technical reporting. He has contributed to major coastal resilience and infrastructure projects in Tuvalu and the Solomon Islands.

Dr Arthur Webb
Geomorphologist & Chief Technical Advisor
Dr Arthur Webb is a coastal geomorphologist with more than 35 years of experience in coastal resilience, climate adaptation and atoll environments throughout the Pacific. Recognised internationally for his work on reef islands and shoreline processes, he has advised governments, development partners and international organisations on some of the region's most significant adaptation initiatives. Arthur provides strategic technical leadership and specialist advice across Intercoastal's coastal resilience and climate adaptation projects.
