RMI Urban Resilience Project — Component 2 (Materials Engineering & MSQA)
Tonkin & Taylor / World Bank | 2024–2026
Intercoastal is providing specialist materials engineering and Materials Supply Quality Assurance (MSQA) input to Component 2 of the Republic of the Marshall Islands Urban Resilience Project. In the design phase, we review and shape the 30% and 100% detailed designs — reports, drawings and specifications — and tender documents, with a sharp focus on materials quality in a remote atoll supply chain.
Through the construction phase, Intercoastal undertakes site visits to monitor compliance with the design and specification, track progress against the contractor's program, and oversee health, safety and risk management provisions — protecting the investment from quarry to coastline.
